Our History

DENVER, 2009 –  Park Burger first opened its doors in May of 2009 in the beautiful Platt Park neighborhood of Denver.  Jean-Philippe Failyau, world-renowned chef, wanted to take his fine dining background and turn the classic American burger into something spectacular.  Failyau sought to craft the finest gourmet burgers and pair it with the service you would expect to find in Denver’s top five-star restaurants.  Park Burger quickly made a name for itself and became a popular neighborhood destination overnight.

Since the grand opening on South Pearl Street, the restaurant has continued to prosper throughout the Denver community.  Thanks to the continued support from all the wonderful patrons over the years, Park Burger now has three Park Burger locations, Park & Co., Homegrown Tap & Dough, as well as Denver Roots Juice & Joe.  A fourth Park Burger location in the River North district of Denver is set to open in the winter of 2015.  Park Burger Kuwait, the first Park Burger international franchise venture, is also set to open in the winter of 2015.
